IP Subnet Calculator
--------------------
The IP Subnet Calculator is a tool that allows network administrators to
make calculations that will assist in subnetting a network. It also has a
number of other useful functions.

System requirements
-------------------
The software has been known to work on the following platforms:

	* Linux 2.x, i386 (test platform)
	* Linux PPC
	* Solaris 2.6 or Solaris 7
	* FreeBSD (test platform)
	* NetBSD

It may or may not work on other platforms. To run the GUI version of IPSC,
GTK+, version 1.2 or greater, and the GNOME libraries are required. The
plaforms marked "test platform" are usually tested before releases are made.
If you would like to supply access to some other system for testing purposes,
I will be glad to test the functionality of IPSC on that system as well
before each release.

Installation
------------
See the INSTALL file.

Home page
---------
IPSC can be found at http://www.interloper.net/~dan/software/software.html.
The source code for prips, a utility necessary for compiling IPSC on your
own, can be found at the same URL.

Thanks
