First off, you have to abide by the copyright stuff in libhtmlw.  It
is the most restrictive.  The next most restrictive is the ScrollText
copyright in mxw.  MAKE SURE THAT YOU READ THEM BEFORE USING CHIMERA
FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN FREE ACADEMIC USE.
