  * new upstream version, see NEWS for changes
    closes: #67196, #90391

    so onshore-timesheet-el's documentation goes in the proper
    /usr/share/doc; closes: #91619
  * debian/control: build-depends-indep for debhelper, jade, jadetex,
    docbook-dsssl, w3m
  * debian/control: update standards version to 3.5.6 (still need to
    implement emacs-common I think)
  * we already depend on postgresql-client; closes: #48405
  * fixed upstream; closes: #55771
  * user didn't follow up; closes: #64505
  * debian/copyright: point to GPL locally
  * debian/*: lintian fixes
  * README.Debian: spell fixes

    FIXME: log rotation policy?
  * debian/rules: don't put password file in /var/www/$(package) but
    rather in /etc/onshore-timesheet.conf

onshore-timesheet (2.1.0.beta.3-4.7) unstable; urgency=low

  * upstream fixes from CVS (closes Bug#35549)
  * debian/cron_export: fix up a syntax error
  * debian/rules: clean is cleaner; timesheet-{load,dump,export-hours} are
    now documented, so install POD as manpages; go back to
    dh_installchangelogs, but require a very new debhelper for proper file
    perms
  * debian/control: we now require libcgi-perl (for error logging);
    depends on apache _or_ apache-ssl (closes Bug#37881) -- BTW, any web
    server which supports CGI should function, I welcome reports from
    users which have this pkg functioning with other web server; bump
    standards version to 2.5.1 (no changes required)
  * debian/prerm: when running timesheet-dump, use the -f flag to force
    overwrite of older backups
